My Life Counseling is now located in BOTH uptown Mount Lebanon & Bridgeville & serves the greater Pittsburgh area. Our therapy practice is built around the values of health and well-being for the mind, body, and spirit. We believe that by fostering a healthy relationship with these 3 components, all individuals have the capacity to reach their fullest potential. Our purpose is to walk beside our patients as they embark on this journey.
